Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items, accessories, and custom/personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

  • To exchange for a different size or color, contact us at kairoscollectivehq@gmail.com within 14 days.

  • Exchanges are based on product availability.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend a trackable shipping service, as Kairos Collective is not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, email us immediately at kairoscollectivehq@gmail.com with photos. We will replace your order.
